These terms and conditions explain what Winzter Casino Bonus is, how we work and what you can and cannot expect from this website. By using the site you accept the terms and conditions set out below.
About Winzter Casino Bonus
Winzter Casino Bonus is an offers guide and an official partner of Winzter. We explain Winzter's bonus packages and the rules behind them; we are not the casino. You cannot open an account, make a deposit, place a bet or play any game on this website – all of that happens on Winzter itself.
No codes from us
We do not issue, sell or control any promo codes. Winzter's welcome offers need no code – you choose a package when you join. Any code you see elsewhere claiming to be ours did not come from us or from Winzter's promotions page.
Who runs Winzter
Winzter is run by Rabocse S.R.L., a company based in Costa Rica, under an offshore licence. Winzter is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and is not part of GAMSTOP. Registered with GAMSTOP or self-excluded anywhere? Respect that choice – Winzter is not for you.
Age
This website and the offers it describes are for adults aged 18 and over only. If you are under 18, you must not use this site or sign up with Winzter.
Partner links and commission
Links to Winzter on this site are partner links. If you join Winzter through one of them, we may earn a commission. This comes at no cost to you and never changes the offer, the odds or the price you get.
Offers and examples
The offers, figures and worked examples on this site reflect Winzter's published terms as checked on the date stated below and can change at any time. Examples are illustrations only, not advice to deposit a particular amount – always set a deposit limit first. Where anything differs, Winzter's own bonus terms always prevail.
No guarantee of winnings
Nothing on this site is a promise of a win. Gambling outcomes are random, a bonus is extra play rather than extra money, and you should only ever play with money you can afford to lose.
Your responsibility
It is your responsibility to check that online gambling is allowed where you live and to stay within your own budget. We do not support or explain VPNs, proxies or any workaround – Winzter's terms forbid VPNs and can lead to a closed account.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate, but we provide it "as is" and cannot accept liability for any loss arising from its use, from reliance on the information here, or from your dealings with Winzter. Your contract for any offer is with Winzter, under Winzter's terms.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and design of this site belong to Winzter Casino Bonus. Brand names and game titles remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for description only.
Changes
We may update these terms and conditions as offers, facts or rules change. The current version always applies, so please check this page from time to time.
